The plaintiff, identified as Gabriella “Gabbi” Zuniga, claims that Sharpe engaged in multiple instances of sexual assault during what she describes as a tumultuous two-year “consensual relationship.”
The $50 million lawsuit details various incidents, including allegations that Sharpe recorded their encounters without her consent and shared these recordings.
Recently, text messages between the two parties have been shared on social media, which has sparked significant online reactions.

In one of the shared messages:
Doe: “I cried when you left because I begged you to use protection and not engage in certain acts, but you didn’t listen.”
Sharpe: “Can I call you later?”
Additionally, the complaint also cited the concept of consent between the two:
“A woman can say ‘yes’ to consensual relationships with a man ninety-nine times. But when she says ‘no’ even once, that ‘no’ means no,” the complaint said.
The lawsuit claims that the woman met Sharpe when she was 22 at a gym in Los Angeles in 2023. She alleges that Sharpe pursued her before they began their relationship.
However, the leaked messages have caused a major stir on social media.
